Stitches in Time - Hand Quilting In-Person
This program will be a presentation of hand quilted quilts both old and new, a demonstration, & a hands-on workshop. Kits will be available to the first 25 people who register. This consists of two 6"x6" squares of fabric and the batting.
Bring your favorite needle and a THIMBLE
Located on the Campus of Arkansas Tech University.
